If you’re earning any income blogging (or you’re planning to), it’s vital that you keep track of your expenses and potential tax deductions on a monthly basis.
That’s why I’m sharing with you the exact template that I’ve developed over the years and that I still personally use to this day to input all my blogging payments and outgoings.
Use the code “TSA5OFF” to get $5 off.
“As a newer blogger and business owner, I was so overwhelmed trying to keep track of all of the financials. Ana’s template makes it so easy! All you have to do is plug in your data and the complicated stuff (like how much to save for taxes) is done for you.
Using this tracker has allowed me to spend less time crunching numbers and more time creating quality content. In my opinion, the value of this product far exceeds the price. I can’t imagine the hours I would have spent trying to figure out how to create something like this on my own. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some skin in the game, this template will definitely help you up-level your business.” Lauren Lewis from The Tiny Victories
Here’s what you get with your blogging income & expenses tracker:
➡️ A customisable spreadsheet that you can download on your laptop/PC, or save in Google Sheets – which can also be easily used on your phone or tablet and shared with your accountant or online team.
➡️ A short tutorial (with pictures) on how to use it. Also attached to your download you will find a quick tutorial on how to customise the template to your liking and business model. (I use this exact tracker for my dropshipping business too!)
➡️ Advanced and instant calculations. Once you download the template you enter numbers and data into select cells, the tracker does the work for you, instantly calculating your monthly income and expenses per category (for example – affiliate sales, digital product sales, brand collaborations vs educational materials, blog software, paying staff) and determining your overall profit and estimated tax due (both every month and annually).
“I love this template! If you’re a new blogger or even one who has been blogging for a few years as I have, this template makes it extremely easy to track all of your blog’s income and expenses.
The best part is that it auto-calculates how much you should set aside for taxes so that you aren’t left scrambling for money come tax season. I was looking for an easy-to-use solution that didn’t come with a monthly subscription cost and this is it.
Even my CPA loves this template because she can easily see all my transactions for the quarter nicely organised. It makes for a stress-free business tax filing.” – Steffa Mantilla from Money Tamer
I’M A VA / COACH / SHOP OWNER / PHOTOGRAPHER. IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes! If you run any kind of online business, e-commerce shop, blog, service-based business and so on, this income tracker still works for you. And that’s because it’s fully customisable to your income streams and type of expenses – but the default categories were created with bloggers in mind.
WILL THIS WORK IF I’M FROM THE US / UK / EUROPE ETC?
Although the default currency for this tracker is set to US dollars, you can keep track of your blogging income & expenses in any currency you want. Just remember to make relevant exchanges BEFORE you add them to the spreadsheet, as the calculations assume everything is in the set currency.
